At Necksera, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure that you receive the best possible experience.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be defective or damaged upon arrival.
 - The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
 - The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
 
We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@necksera.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
 - Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
 - If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product or receive a replacement.
 
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
